Zach Resnick

Managing Partner

Zach Resnick co-founded Unbounded Capital with Dan Rosen in 2018. He is also a founder of poker education and content company Just Hands Poker and of discounted biz/first class flight concierge service FlyFlat. During his early 20s, Zach made a living from playing cash games and investing in other poker players, providing a unique understanding of risk management that is largely shaped through leveraging volatility to outperform others in the high-risk high-reward situations of poker. In 2016 Zach made his first personal investment in Bitcoin and began a disciplined due diligence process for investing in cryptoassets. He then began managing founding partner Dan Rosen’s capital and the continued success investing gave them the confidence and capital to start the firm in the SF bay area, officially launching in August of 2018.

Dave Mullen-Muhr

Dave is an investor, entrepreneur, researcher, and author. After studying economics and film at the University of Michigan, Dave briefly worked in Hollywood in commercial production, an experience which highlighted major pain points with the legacy models of content monetization. This insight turned entrepreneurial after a deep dive into blockchain in 2017, which prompted his pivot towards building software solutions which leverage blockchain technology to solve some of the problems he identified.

Ultimately, Dave’s passion for exploring blockchain technology’s potential to impact the internet led him to Unbounded Capital in 2018 where he currently serves as partner, member of the investment committee, and core researcher and writer, including co-authoring Unbounded Capital's first book. Dave is also the co-founder and COO of Asset Layer, a blockchain-powered SaaS platform to create & manage interoperable web3 digital assets.

Vignesh is a cash-flow focused business leader. His career journey has taken him through public policy, oil & gas, art curation, tech product management, and Web3 thought leadership. Throughout these experiences, he’s learned to focus on efficient operations, creative strategies, and building partnerships. ALEXANDRA SHAH

Alexandra is a seasoned finance professional with a background in operating and investing in financial and disruptive technology-enabled businesses. Over the course of her career she has helped invest and raise over $1 Billion dollars across asset classes. Alexandra started her professional career investing in distressed and illiquid assets during the great recession, with a focus on insurance and banking products, where she helped build a successful book of new business focused on insurance products.

After receiving her MBA she has spent the past decade focusing her expertise on investing in, fundraising and helping to operate disruptive technology-enabled businesses. Leveraging her past experience in financial products, she has been able to identify sectors that have been ripe for technological innovation. She has had multiple successful exits through private acquisition and IPO. In addition, Alexandra has worked extensively with emerging managers to create successful investor relations platforms and implemented best practices which has enabled firms to successfully scale over $100mm+ of portfolio assets.

Joshua Henslee

TECHNICAL ADVISOR, investment committee Member

Joshua Henslee is a consultant, developer, writer and educator within the Bitcoin space. After completing degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Georgia, he worked for 7 years as a Technical ERP consultant, helping to deliver full lifecycle software implementations for middle market companies.

Specializing in Retail and credit card implementations, he became fascinated with how Bitcoin can solve the problems his clients often faced with legacy payment systems and decided to leave his position and work full-time in the Bitcoin space in late 2019. He has developed several applications on Bitcoin, written many technical articles, and maintains a YouTube channel publishing videos discussing Bitcoin and web development tutorials.

Mike Hennessey

Mike is an early stage investor with experience in Direct Sales, Alliances, SaaS, Business Development, and Venture Capital, He co-founded PuenteLabs, an organization helping the best Latin American companies and entrepreneurs scale their businesses. He has served as a mentor, advisor, or investor to over 50 startups from the US, Europe, and Latin America including Ustream, Violin Memory, Cornershop, Mosaic, Wireline.io, MetalPay, CargoX, and Endeavor. Acquiring companies include IBM, Uber, LinkedIn, CBS, Hitachi, Rakuten, Groupon, and  IPO.

Seth is an entrepreneur with 25 years of experience inventing, building and selling companies ($6.5 million to $75 million). As an early Internet pioneer, he has been focused on internet consumer rights for decades. Seth has had the privilege of working alongside some of the industry’s greatest investors and most influential thought leaders. He has created mission-based businesses that have touched millions of customers and evolved the way they use technology to improve their lives. Jackson Laskey

Jack is an investor, software developer, pianist/composer, co-founder of poker education company Just Hands Poker, and co-founder and CEO of Asset Layer. Jack’s eclectic background and penchant for taking on new challenges has led him to the world of blockchain. Most recently he co-founded Asset Layer, a blockchain-powered SaaS platform to create & manage interoperable web3 digital assets, his current focus. Jack remains involved at Unbounded Capital as a technical advisor to the team.

Following his academic studies surrounding business administration and management accounting, Gredan served as an accounting and business management teacher to young children in the Philippines. Gredan is particularly interested in US Accounting systems, early-stage investing and portfolio management, posing Unbounded Capital as an opportune environment for his unique skillset to flourish. When he’s not facilitating financial analysis and internal accounting for Unbounded, he participates in self-development and business management courses.
