Jury Deliberations (click to expand)
The jury was in deliberations all week but failed to reach a verdict. Over the course of the week's deliberations, the jury provided multiple notes to the court which are pubically avaiable. Through these notes, we learn that the jury sought clafirication on the definition of specific counts like "unjust enrichment", inquired into the current state of assets owned by various relevant entities, and informed the court that they "do not feel comfortable adjucating (sic) an amount". Unable to arrive at a verdict, the jury was issued an Allen charge by judge Bloom, which encourages the jury to fulfill their civic duty and reach a verdict. Despite the Allen charge, the jury has still been unable to agree on a verdict at this point.
They will return on Monday to continue deliberations. From Unbounded Capital's point of view, the liklihood of a mistrial and/or settlement are much higher than we originally anticipated.
We will continue to keep you updated with in and out of court updates as things develop.

- Lawyer points at CSW: “That man robbed his best friend!”
- Allege that CSW has changed his story on Dave’s involvement as a strategy to steal from Dave. Described as follows,

- State that there is nothing to “demonstrate Dave’s contribution to Bitcoin”, including never mentioning anything about Bitcoin to his own best friends on his death bed

- W&K was created in 2011 between Dave (the K) and Lynn Wright (the W), CSW’s ex-wife
- CSW became emotional during discussions of Dave who the Defense acknowledges as a good friend of CSW’s

- CSW is Satoshi
- Will seek to show the human side of CSW who is often difficult to understand, in part due to his autism
- Plaintiff is focusing on "CSW the fraud" narritive
