We get it, it happens to the best of us. Follow these steps and we'll work to recover your NFTY Jigs.
Step 1:
Please check your inbox for an email from support@nftyjigs.com with the subject line: "Claim Your NFTY Jigs".
There should be an email within that thread that provides a confirmation that your Jig Tickets have been sent to your wallet address. Be sure to check the inbox of the email which you used to purchase your NFTY Jigs during the presale.
The email should look similar to this with your wallet and transaction ID:
Step 2:
Once you're set up with a HandCash wallet, simply reply to the redemption confirmation email (shown above) with the HandCash handle of the wallet you want your NFTY Jigs to be sent to. Please also include the phrase "Lost Wallet Keys" at the beginning of your message.
For example, if I'd like my NFTY Jigs to be sent to my handle $bsvfan17, my reply email would look like this:
Step 3:
And that's it! Our team at NFTY Jigs will review the chain to ensure that your tickets were not sent to another wallet address. Please note that we will not be able to process these requests immediately for security reasons.
Once we confirm that the Jig tickets are still in the wallet to which they were initially sent, we will reply confirming the validity of your request. As soon as we are able, we will issue the appropriate NFTs to your HandCash account.
