    Prior to his election to statewide office, Commissioner Bush was a practicing attorney, co-founded a Texas-based private equity fund, and served his nation as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves for a decade.

    Commissioner Bush is currently a Partner at Michael Best LLP where he counsels business interests, public entities and individuals alike on a range of complex matters.

He led the consortium of shareholders that founded Ashmore Energy International in 2005, from Enron International, and negotiated the break-up and sale of AEI’s assets in 2011 for an aggregate price of $4.8 billion.

    She also initiated and led the efforts to place a portrait of a woman on U.S. currency.

    Prior to her presidential appointment in Treasury, she was Managing Director of Investments for MacFarlane Partners, a $22 billion real estate investment management firm based in San Francisco.

    She is a graduate of Harvard University and was selected as the first Latina in Harvard’s 385-year history to have a portrait commissioned in her honor.

    She currently serves on the board of American Family Insurance, Ripple Labs, Inc., and Fidelity Charitable Trust. Her personal passion includes EMPOWERMENT 2026, a non-profit that highlights historical American women and women in positions of money and power.

    Rosie is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and was honored as one of USA Today’s Women of the Century.

    Most recently, Rosie served on the Treasury Transition Team on behalf of President Joe Biden.

    Ray serves on the Technical Advisory Committee of Duality Accelerator, the first program in the US focused on quantum science and technology.

    Previously Ray spent 10 years on Bay/Wall Street within investment banking research. During that period Ray was the top-ranked wireless technology analyst based on Greenwich and Brendan Woods International surveys of fund managers for 5 of 8 eligible years.

    The highly specific job title in 2001 at Credit Suisse First Boston of Vice President, Mobile Internet Devices and Applications, reflects a long-term professional focus in mobile. Ray was uniquely able to remain top-ranked during both the mania of the bull market but also subsequently in the severe bear market correction of that era.

    Chris Shen is an entrepreneur, investor and lawyer.

    He is the co-founder and COO of Revere, a venture-backed fintech platform that is building the “Morningstar for VC”, empowering investment advisors, family offices and allocators with the tools to build custom venture capital portfolios.

    Before starting Revere, Chris co-founded and invested with West 22nd Capital Advisers, a Hong Kong-based single family office and investment firm licensed by the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).

    Among other roles, Chris established the firm’s operations, served on the investment committee, and led venture capital and external asset manager investments. Before moving to the investment world, he was a special counsel with the global law firm Baker McKenzie, focusing on corporate finance and fund formation matters in the Asia-Pacific region.

    Chris is a licensed Type 1/4/9 responsible officer under the SFC, is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. Originally from Houston, Chris lived and worked in Beijing, Taipei, and Hong Kong from 2006 to 2019 and now splits his time between Silicon Valley and Hong Kong.
